I had the honor of shooting my first property last weekend. The complex is lovely with a fantastic location right off Barton Springs rd. This would be an ideal spot for someone who enjoys the greenbelt and zilker park. During ACL you could literally walk to the concerts and then have dinner and a drink at Shady Grove just around the corner. A personal favorite of mine and Sandra Bullock! The condo comes fully furnished and of course includes all the great onsite amenities including a rooftop terrace, gym, club house, pool, and community garden.
